Rigid Frame

Beams and columns fabricated from three plates with high structural efficiency, providing greater interior heights and clear spaces and striking architectural appeal. They are fully fabricated and welded in the shop with bolted connections on site, allowing tight quality control.

Trusses

Structures made of slender elements joined to one another at their end points. The elements commonly used in construction consist of steel bars. They are used to support roofs and points.

How it works

A barrier against heat transfer

They set a barrier against heat transfer between two environments that would naturally tend to equalize in temperature, preventing heat from entering or leaving industrial buildings, conserving energy and improving occupant comfort.

A wide range is available for industrial buildings: MBI (Metal Building Insulation, made of fiberglass and reinforced vinyl), extruded polystyrene, polyisocyanurate, etc. Thicknesses range from 1" to 6" and the type depends on the location and intended use of the industrial building.

How it works

The slab and the structure working as a single element

It is ideal for steel mezzanines where you need to create savings in rebar, formwork and labor days.

It connects to the structure through a self-welding stud, which provides excellent stress transfer and in turn optimizes the profile sections, since it allows the slab and the structure to work as a single element.

A natural lighting concept that lets sunlight in while filtering out UV rays and blocking the IR rays responsible for heat. Their dome shape captures sunlight from the earliest hours of the day until late afternoon, since their height and design capture every last ray of sun.
